This was a spectacular project, where we managed to reach a great community that we admire and respect so much. In just 5 days, we already felt the lively presence of the community. Everyone was receptive to us, visiting our bakery, and opening their doors to us. Above all, this community gave us a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction at achieving that purpose. To see how the customers enjoyed our food, how they multiplied and came often, many times bringing family or friends, was incredible. La Boulangerie soon became the favorite destination for all Pinecrest residents to sit down and enjoy good food and a great time. This is, without a doubt our number one GOAL for all of our customers. Thank you Pinecrest for receiving us! This is your home, but you made it ours too. We await your next visit!
